When to expect a reply

We usually answer within two working days (Toronto time). Safety reports are looked at the same day where we can.

Useful to include

• For a bug: the game's name, the device and browser, and what happened just before.
• For the app: your iPhone or iPad model and the iOS version (Settings → General → About).
• For a game idea: the age of the child it's for.
