About Shadow Match

A shadow appears — a dark outline of something. Three pictures sit below it, and only one has that exact shape. Tap it and the shadow lights up. There is no timer and nothing to lose: a wrong tap just wobbles, and your little one can try again. A gentle first exercise in looking carefully at shape rather than colour.

How to Play

• Look at the dark shadow at the top.
• Tap the picture below that has the same shape.
• Get it right and a new shadow appears.

Tips & Tricks

• Trace the outline with a finger and compare the edges.
• Colour doesn't help here — only the shape does.
• Play together and name each picture out loud.
