• From Parents: When you subscribe, we collect your email address and an encrypted password. Payment processing is handled entirely by our secure third-party provider (Stripe). We do not store your credit card numbers on our servers.
• Child Profiles: We collect only non-personally identifiable information such as display names, chosen avatars, and in-game progress to maintain the gaming experience. We explicitly do not ask for or collect names, addresses, or other personal data from children.

2. How We Use the Information

The information we collect is used strictly to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the GameForKidz platform.
• Process your subscription payments via Stripe.
• Communicate with Parents regarding billing, account security, and essential platform updates.
• Save game progress strictly tied to anonymous Child Profiles.

3. Data Sharing and Protection

EGETECH LTD does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not display third-party advertisements in our games, ensuring no external ad-trackers monitor your children.

Data may only be shared with trusted service providers (like Stripe for payments or email delivery services) strictly for operational purposes, or if required by Canadian law.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA & PIPEDA Compliance)

Our platform is designed with children's safety at its core. GameForKidz complies with applicable privacy laws including PIPEDA (Canada) and COPPA (USA) principles. Only Parents can create accounts. If we discover that personal information from a child under the verifiable consent age has been inadvertently collected, we will delete it immediately.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. Upon cancellation, your data and associated child profiles will be scheduled for permanent deletion from our active databases, in accordance with our retention policies, unless required otherwise by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices. We will notify the Parent account holder via email of any significant changes before they take effect.
