GameForKidz ("we", "us") operates the website at gameforkidz.com. We built this site for children, and protecting children's privacy is at the heart of how it works. This policy explains what we do and, just as importantly, what we do not do.

No accounts, no sign-up

You do not create an account to use GameForKidz. We do not ask for a name, email address, phone number, birthday, or any other personal information from children or parents in order to play our games.

Information we do not collect

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. There are no user profiles, no messaging or chat, no uploads, and no public comments anywhere on the site.

Advertising (COPPA)

This site is directed to children, so we treat all visitors as children under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We use Google AdSense to show advertising. Because the site is child-directed, we request non-personalized (contextual) ads only. Non-personalized ads are based on the content of the page rather than on any profile of the visitor. Google may use a device identifier to limit how often an ad is shown and to detect fraud, but does not use it to build an advertising profile of a child.

Cookies and local storage

We use a small amount of your browser's local storage to remember basic preferences, such as light or dark theme. This information stays on your device and is never sent to us. Our advertising partner may set cookies as described above.

Games

All games are hosted directly by us and run inside your browser. They do not connect to outside services to collect data.

Parents

If you believe your child has somehow provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly. Parents can read more on our safety page.
