Welcome to GameForKidz, a service provided by EGETECH LTD ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). We are registered in Ontario, Canada. By accessing or using our website (gameforkidz.com) and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, accessing, or using GameForKidz, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to create a Parent Account on GameForKidz. Parents or legal guardians may establish sub-profiles for their children ("Child Profiles").

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your master password and Parent PIN.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including those of the Child Profiles.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

GameForKidz operates on a subscription-based model. By subscribing to our service, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees (monthly or annually) along with any applicable taxes.

• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
• Add-on Profiles: Adding extra Child Profiles beyond the base plan limit will incur additional monthly or annual charges, as presented during the checkout process.
• Cancellation & Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Parent Zone (Billing Portal). Payments are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, except where required by applicable law in Canada.

4. License and Acceptable Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of subscription fees, EGETECH LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use GameForKidz for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform or games.
• Use the service for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Share your subscription credentials with individuals outside your immediate household.
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the service, including the Parent PIN mechanism.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, games, visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, code, and other elements of the platform are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by EGETECH LTD.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EGETECH LTD disclaims all warranties of any kind.

In no event shall EGETECH LTD, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
